They came at the time they were spposed to and were organized, efficient and inexpensive. The work was completed in a very profressional manner. I would definitely recommend ASC to my friends and nieghbors.

My family awoke to waterfall sounds(sprinkler head broken) at 4:00 am on 8/22/11. I contacted Automatic Sprinkler Controls, Inc via the internet and rec'd a call back in 10 minutes! They left a message for me with an appointment date which I appreciated. They also called me one day before the appt to confirm. Nice touch. On 8/24/11, Ron called me to say he finished his other appt early and was close by. I called back and stated I had already arranged to take off for 1:00 pm and he understood. To my surprise he was waiting for me to arrive at my home and I arrived at 1:15 pm., some companies would not have waited. So Ron and his helper completed the project and we discussed additional work since he was so professional. To my surprise, he charged me a very fair price to replace my broken sprinkler, adjusted my other sprinklers and installed a new sprinkler to water an area that was very dry. If I have any other issues with my sprinkler system, this company is the one I will call. Great job! By the way Ron, I enjoyed our conversation about the "good old street races" in Van Nuys!

Ron is awesome but this company is quite overpriced. Job was done quickly and professionally, but I found itn quite convenient for them that they only carried 1 valve in the truck knowing I said it was the valve, and of course it was brass which was a 50% markup. I found the exact valve in OSH for half the price. Could only use a less expensive valve if they came back 2 days later to complete the job.It would have been nice to be given the option but I had it done only because I couldn't waste another day. Also, they charge $75 just to come out, then they add the hourly service rate on top of that. Not in my budget but I had no other choi
