Received an estimate from Glass Doctor/Russell and Brent arrived and TOOK their shoes off at the front door.  Russell and Brent were very polite, friendly, courtesy, and asked for the business. Both checked out the window that was broke, gave me a WRITTEN estimate, seven year warranty, and indicated that they would beat any reasonable estimate. <br />I checked with two (2) other window companies, both were higher and neither one gave me a written estimate.  I had to wait until the next day for a call and they called me back three times with a lower price, with a one year warranty. (Because the Glass Doctor gave me an estimate of a $110.00 lower!!)  My question is!  Why couldn’t they just give the lowest price the first time and a WRITTEN ESTIMATE???? <br />I called Glass Doctor/Russell and Brent, they matched the price, glass was order, they came out, replaced the glass. Russell and Brent cleaned up all the glass; (inside and outside) cleaned the window, on the way out.  Russell noticed that my storm door window almost fell out; he tightened up the screws and added some silicone around the glass so it wouldn’t fall out. <br />Russell already finished the job, so fixing my storm door was not his job, he went out of his way to help me out, so the storm door window wouldn’t fall out until I can have it repaired. <br />I will let everyone know in my sub what an outstanding job Russell and Brent did. And make sure that they will consider their company for any other glass problems they have. <br />
