Kim is very knowledgeable of the industry and extremely helpful to the prospective client by clearly explaining the various options available, the pros and cons of same, and the costs and lead times involved. Although we have yet to proceed with our remodel project, I highly recommend his services.

Kim was prompt, professsional, extremely helpful and delivered exactly what was promised on time and on budget. His pool design suggestions were excellent and the finished pool is truly beautiful. His crews are very good. He is on site every day. Kim is a pleasure to work with. If all LA contractors were as good as Kim, remodelling would not be so painful.

The quality of the job is quite good. However, like most contractors, he promised the job would be done in 3 weeks and it's taken 6 weeks. Many delays, so if you are patient, he does quality work and his workers are very well behaved.

The replastering part was done very well. However, the start-up by the pool man who works for authorized pool was not done well and it was frustrating trying to get him to do what he was supposed to do. Overall though, they did a good job.
