I hired this pro because he was the first one who responded to my problem and he made an effort to come when I needed him. The cost was very reasonable compared to the first repairman who came and gave me an estimate. The project was done efficiently and on time. I would recommend this pro to my friends and colleagues and I would definitely hire this pro again on my next project.

Thus far the service we've received from Authority Heating & Air has been exemplary.  The business is local and we like to support local business, but they are also professional.  They came out and attempted to service our 28 year old unit, but could not get it working and discussed the options with us.  We chose to purchase a new unit from them and it was installed tomorrow, and at a price that is half of what many of our neighbors paid for the very same replacement!  Our new unit is working and they will be back later this week to install a reusable/washable filter and easy open grate.  They have been really great, & I'll recommend them.

David Campbell with Authority Heating & Air Conditioning was FANTASTIC.  After submitting my request with ServiceMagic he called me back within 10 min.  My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year & I needed it fixed ASAP.  I had already been given timeframes by other companies which ranged from 2 days to a week out..  When Dave called he said he could make it out between 2 & 4 that day.  He showed up at 2:15 & was done within 45 minutes.  He explained the problem, showed me the blown piece & changed it out for a very reasonable price.  This was the BEST service I have ever had by a contractor.  Definitely will recommend him to anyone.
