Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Scott and Lance were excellent. Both were very professional, timely, and neat. We had carpeting, which they removed; and, were unsure what to put in the room. Scott and Lance were creative with their ideas, and came up with a solution so we didn't have to use a 1/4 round in one area. I have two more wood floor projects that I be calling them in to complete. Thanks guys, great work! Love the hardwood!

Scott was available to me with my hundreds of questions and calls from Lowe's, even later into the night. One of his workers, Lance, was also incredibly conscientious, and took some time to point out a minor home repair we would want to be aware of (he knew we are expecting, and it was something that could affect the baby). Though we thankfully were aware of that, we were highly impressed by his consideration. Scott rearranged his schedule and made sure we could have it as fast as possible, to help us since our closing got moved & we were stuck w/not enough time. Scott was also about $1K less than the competition, and the work was great.
