Forgot a couple of basic things and had to come back. Asked them to do additional things and they said they didn't have time and would come back and didn't.

Job began on March 2 and the initial work was done very well. An additional part was needed and arrived around 3/25. It is now 4/18 and after numerous phone calls and emails I have heard absolutely nothing from the service. Can't imagine why they can't return a call??

Steve Evans was pleasant to work with and did a great job. Not only did he mount a new TV in our family room, he made sure all connections worked and that we understood how to use the devices. He told us to call him anytime if we had additional questions. Also, when I asked him to connect a second DVD player to another TV, he did that as well. He really knows how to connect lots of devices quickly so they work, just like you want them to!

Steve responded immediately to my request for a quote. The quote was reasonable and we were able to schedule the install in a few days. The team showed up a few minutes early and finished the job quickly. It looks fantastic! Better than what I had anticipated. I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors!

Steve and his crew from AVT LLC. were prompt, courteous, and skilled. My project involved mounting a plasma TV above a fireplace, as well as wiring a recently re-hab'ed house that didn't have any cable or phone drops. Steve and his crew were on time, hard-working, and made every effort to ensure customer satisfaction through-out the course of the installation process. I am very please with the end result.
