Ben responded promptly to my inquiry on Service Magic, was able to come out the same day for an estimate and work was done the following business day!  Our office moved into a new facility and our phones were not compatible with the existing phone jacks.  The tech was very knowledgable, professional and courteous and provided the resolution to a problem that other companies hadn't even found during their "free estimate" visit.  AVS of Denver saved us money, provided quick and professional service and we will most definitely use them in the future!

Horrible.  Tried to charge me $800 to hang two TV's.  The bill included $200 for "miscellaneous" parts.  The parts totaled about $10, and that would be retail.  Never finished the job, left a mess, and didn't come back when he said he would.  Ben is a nice guy, but I had 4 TV's to put up, and he left me with two laying on the floor, a test hole they drilled in my wall they didn't fix, cable covers laying open on the ground, and a ridiculously high bill. <br /> <br />He won't return any of your calls asking when he will be finished, but he will be very prompt when it comes to asking to get paid...offering to come by to pick up his check for work not done.
