Wish there is no star on the rating. Horrible product, customer service, and extremely high price. They need to learn more on their customer relation skills, so they can deal better with their clients when there is an issue with their product/service. I made a big mistake by hiring this "pro" to fix my TV, only to find out later I was ripped off and the TV broke again 5 months later. I am glad I was able to fix it myself now for only 1/4 of the price they charged. Thanks Atom Electronics for "training" me to become a "pro" to fix my own TV. Next time, I just get a hammer for a quick fix!

This guy need to be more careful with our electronics. Needs to work on his customer service skills abit, granted he did a very nice job mounting our flat screen. His helper was wonderful though, very polite & kind - but the price was right, & he knows whta he's doing,
