I decided to cut the cord from my satellite company I had a HD antenna installed on my roof for the last 5 years it was connected to the front room TV I need it to be connected to my bedroom and my son bedroom I called Atlas installer. A service man name Ted came out did a professional job installing the cable to my room and my sons room and the next day call me to see if I was pleased with the work he did. For any audio or video work I need in the fruture I will definitely call Atlas Electronic

Eric from Atlas was ver knowledgable about their products and intalling antennas in this area. He called to follow-up and make sure everything was working fine. Overall we are very pleased with the work he did.

contacted by phone , made app.; repaircame out [on-time], looked atwasher;said needed new pump, maybe;i cleaned outold one lets see if it will work now. if notcall and we will order new one.Itried machine, it still stops during cycle; called atlas, explained that i think it is not pump. set new app. date. different man came, with another, they both looked over machine, and staited, not the pump;but i paid for the service that day,they took apart machine, said need new motor; left with my motor, returned after i made several calls to them, tried new motor; still not working correctly came back another time, this time they took motor again anp

Atlas took $65. off me, the charge for coming out, said the dryer needed a "motherboard" and said he'd look into getting one and contact me about the cost- telling me the $65 would be deducted
from the total if I chose to get it. He did not call me back, and the 3 times I called him I was told he'd return my call- he was busy with a customer- he had to talk to another guy about it- etc. and never once returned any of my calls. I feel he ripped me for my money. If I didn't have so many other things going on at this time I'd take him to court . At the very least, I hope this review will prevent someone else from being played.

Problem related to our washing machine. Atlas responded immediately by phone (on Saturday) and scheduled an appointment for Monday. The service representative diagnosed the problem quickly and said that he would order a minor part. The part was shipped directly to us and was easily installed (screw-on). The problem has been resolved. We were pleased with the responsiveness and the outcome.

Responsive and friendly enough, but didn't give us the correct diagnosis on my refrigerator repair. Was confused by the T.V. in their name when I saw the invoice since they responded to my request for fridge repair. they say they do appliance repair, too, but I wouldn't say that's their strenght. Paid for their time, plus the time for an appliance specialist to actually fix my problem. Went 2 weeks without a fridge during the whole process. Luckily we had snow and the backyard and garage could be our icebox.
