At first glance the deck looks good. However, there were several quality and safety issues, such as split spindles, cracked boards, unattached spindles and short boards. When issues were discussed with Caleb workmanship went downhill for the rest of the project. Also, there was very poor communication. I had to constantly call Caleb for status and schedule updates. Caleb subcontracts for another company, so your project is constantly delayed. Atlas was supposed to do a 2nd project and never followed up or scheduled the work. Rating: Provided By: philip L.
