Very responsive. Brendt replaced burner on my stove and tracked down and repaired source of leak on my dishwasher. When my refrigerator failed the following week, he came right over and explained my options. I elected to replace the fridge, but needed his diagnosis of the problem to make an informed decision. Cost for all three appliance problems was extremely reasonable.

The service was excellent - very courteous, responsive and thorough. The cost of the repair and the call combined was less than the cost of a call alone with other "big box" companies. I will definitely use Atlas again - he will be the first person I call when I need an appliance repair!

Brendt was professional and on time. He explained what the issue was with the necessary detail. I'd also echo some of the previous ratings in which he was very diligent about the clean up afterwards and once again extremely professional. I would highly recomend Brendt.

Brendt Bonito called within minutes of filling out request with servicemagic. He was available to come asap. He came the next day, at my request. He was friendly, courteous. I called sears first but they couldnt be here for a full week, and they charge 75.00 to come out. Brendt charged 50.00 and applied it to the bill. He fixed my washing machine and I was very happy over all. :)

He was great, called me right away when I submitted the request. He told me up front the cost for coming out and that it would be applied to my bill. It was so much cheaper than the local appliance store around the corner from my house. He came right on time and was very nice. He put up with my dog who was barking at him and trying to eat his tool bag. He fixed the issue in 20 minutes and the price seemed reasonable.
