The work started on October 1st and was to be completed in 2-3 weeks. It is now Nov 21st and he still has some finishing touchup (screwups) to correct. The painters were sub standard.  The painters had to come back several times for caulking and touchups and are still not finished.  The electrician wired the exhaust fan to the wrong light fixture. The tile shower floor was inproperly installed and had to get cut out and re done. They did not have all the equipment necessary to do the work, they borrowed some of my tools, equipment, drop cloths.  I had to replace my step stool, drop cloths, bed spreads. They broke my vacuum cleaner etc etc

Crew was pretty knowledgable but lacked a presence which instilled confidence.  They did not clean after themselves and left small messes when they left.  Overall I would say they were inclined to take the easiest way and not necessarily the best way to accomplish a phase of the project. The crew would not notify us they were leaving for the day which prevented us from going about our routine, not knowing.  I had a follow up small project requiring an electrician.  He said he had to correct what AS did to make the system work.  As they were the only company to respond I went with them  because I needed the project completed fast.
