He did a great job on most of the house when we talked over the phone and he did the estimate we asked about the red stains from our shutters the bled over the years assured us he could get them out, the house would be "remarkable" and it didn't come out that way He did offer a revisit but said if he came back out it probably wouldnt change a lot .Which didnt happen offered an adjustment on pricing we accepted we never got it. I would like to see him honor that.

We cleaned every square inch of this 40 year old aluminum siding for a significantly reduced rate because of the concerns about not being able to remove the shutter stains that accumulated over 4 decades. We were not able to remove them completely however they were improved significantly. I am truly sorry we weren't able to make this customer completely satisfied, we certainly tried.

Please note that I offered to replace the screens however the owner graciously declined understanding that accidents sometimes happen. The technician who ripped the screens was let go for not notifying me about the incident. Thanks for the positive rating Kathy G.

excellent follow through. Timely return of phone calls/emails. Owner seemed very knowledgeable. Showed up to complete project on time and cleaned up well. I would hire them again - but hopefully their roof cleanup will last until I need to replace the roof. Had some concerns regarding possible roof damage from the power wash cleaning project. But cleaning was with mild pressure. Will know better in a few years.

Micheal has a great sales pitch. His price was very high but it sounded like he was going the extra mile by promising to protect shrubs and white trim boards and assured us the gutters would come clean-they did not. However, what he says in the interview and what he provides are not the same. Nothing was protected. The roof and siding did come out looking nice but, I was left with a major roof leak. His cleanup was not acceptable, runoff on the front of the house. He did come back and clean the front of the house ofter we called him on it. Make sure that your expectations are written exactly in the proposal.

We met every additional request this customer had over the duration of this project. The results were so remarkable that I use the before and after pictures as part of my marketing campaign. The first notification we received about the loose gasket that caused a minor leak in their roof was via this negative review. Had we been informed the gasket would have been fixed and sealed immediately free of charge. I've decided to humbly place this unfortunate customer experience under category of some people just can't be made happy no matter what.
