We need Bill to come back and finish grouting the tile that he replaced in our powder room and he needs to take a look at an area that he missed sealing in the last bathroom he did upstairs.

Bill Kinzel regrouted and recalked our bathrooms, sealed our kitchen and rec room tiles, and cleaned 3 sofas. He was very professional, courteous, and prompt. He did an excellent job and made helpful suggestions. I prefer the low-chemical approach, and Bill offered well-considered solutions. He is a trustworthy contractor.

Very very professional but you pay for it. These guys are the Lexus of tile floor cleaning. They do a thorough job of cleaning. They tape all the base of the wood cabinets before spraying and cleaning. However, in our case they missed to do that in few places which led to the warping of the wood. However, once pointed out, they brought in a carpenter to put molding in those damaged places to make it really look nice. So, they do take ownership for their jobs and rectify the problems. This is the only company I would hire in the future to clean our tiled kitchen and bathroom and the carpets.
