TDA Construction Services, Inc. is a licensed contractor providing services since 2001. We Have recently merged together with our sister company Atlantic Building Corp as we have expanded our services regionally. We carry workmen's compensation and public liability insurance. TDA is fully licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs for New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. As a family owned and operated company with over 40 years of experience in the home remodeling industry. We take great pride in providing our customers with superior quality craftsmanship on all of our work. Our jobs are done efficiently by professional crews and ceritfied technicians ,with all of our sites under complete supervision. Whether the job is big or small, project management is always emphasized. We believe the home improvement project is only the beginning of a relationship with out customer. Every project is a commitment and this commitment continues well after the work is completed.

Project: Remodel a Basement
Yes, there is such a thing as a honest hardworking contractor; Tom at TDA Construction. We hired TDA to remodel two bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our home. His price was on par with other contractors and there were no additions to the end price. We found value in Tom's advice in choosing the many fixtures and tile for the remodel. His expertise and the professional people he brought in made sure everything went smoothly and on time. In the end we have two beautiful bathrooms that look like they came right out of a magazine, and plan to hire TDA again to remodel our kitchens.

Prompt on all appointments and friendly and advised me on the nature of the project. Carried out a thorough inspection and measurements and submitted estimate that was within my budget. Helped me with other projects around the house for which he did not formally charge me. Most helpful. Would contact him to repair and replace basement entry system when ready.

Maybe I was too trust the customer reviews. Tom is very courteous and professionally explaine the job description before start. As an owner of the company, he did not even show up when they start the job. The roof team broke my sidewalk faucet and outdoor AC unit(they did not cover). I asked Tom to have something to cover the AC unit for 2nd day work, the works just put an empty box on top of AC(professional???). Pricy and unprofessional for the money I paid.

Project: Remodel a Basement
We initially interviewed TDA to remodel our basement, however, we postponed the project because we decided to spend the funds remodeling our kitchen. We hired a contractor to work on our kitchen. He was NOT GOOD. The job came out OK but for the money we spent, it should have been great. When we decided to remodel our bathroom, do a closet and laundry room build out, we hired TDA. WHAT A WONDERFUL DECISION!!! This has to be the best contracting company EVER! They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Also, they don't gauge you! Tom, the owner is honest and professional. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TDA!

Tom was very personable, nice and professional. I had a small dormer vinyl sided & capped. They sent real pros to do the work. They did a great job.

excellent communication and responsiveness. workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves every day. the price was fair & my new siding looks great. i was very pleased with all aspects of the job. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend tda.

Project: Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
It took a very long time for them to get supplies from their roofing supplier (8 weeks) but they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Once they had everything they needed for the job, they made me a priority and got the entire roof done in one day. They brought in 2 crews to make sure it got done before winter finally hit. I would definitely recommend them. Tom Attanasio is a very, warm, friendly person with a great outlook. He seems to be very knowledgeable in the construction industry. The company I worked with was called Atlantic Building Corp though, not TDA (unless those are Tom's initials)!

Project: Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
They were very professional and knowledgeable about the options for a flat roof. The job went well, but the flashing around the roof hatch needs to be fixed. I've called them to return to fix it. As of yet they have not returned, however I feel somewhat confident that they will return to fix it.........I hope.
