They were wonderful from beginning to end! I think they went out of their way to provide excellent customer service; they showed up on time each time there was an appointment; the work was excellent. I believe in every way they went above and beyond my expectations. My floors look amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I would hire them again for other projects.

We were in RI when we brought a house down in VA. We were looking for a company to put in hardwood floors and choose Athens Custom Flooring. From the beginning they were the most helpful. They did an amazing job. Not only did they send us samples (when we in RI) so we could choose the flooring that we wanted, but they also completed the job in a professional and timely manner. I was very impressed with everyone who worked at our house, they were very polite. They worked weekends and nights to help finish the project as quickly as possible. If it means anything, I'm going to go with them again when we retile our bathrooms and kitchen.

The experience was wonderful...Carlos and his co-workers were very professional and work deligently to complete project on time. Their craftmenship was evident in their final outcome. I enjoyed exchanging ideas with Carlos and he was very flexible with my suggestions. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking to hire experience, professional and courtesy team. They replace the entire upstairs hallway, stairs from rug to hardwood flooring. they also replace my out-dated banisters, railing and stairs with new hardwood material.

The sales representative being new, could not make any deals in regards to price without first talking to her boss: her performance was 3 of 5. The installation crew (2 men: Pedro and ??) were great. They stripped old flooring, tiled, grouted and cleaned up 200 sq ft of porcelain tile in one day! Very professional. I have already recommended them to an associate who just had them complete a small bathroom job.
