We hired Athena Pest Control to handle a flea problem in one of our rentals. They were the only company that picked up the phone on a Saturday which is why we chose them. The actual work they did was fine but the customer service was horrendous. The owners were rude and unprofessional on the phone and talked down to me about my own business. Additionally, my tenant got completely stood up by their pest control person who didn't even bother showing up for his second appointment. I give them credit for answering the phone on a weekend but that's where it ends.

Very friendly and honest. Did not find any signs of pests/rodents but still went above and beyond by looking around our house and recommending things to do so we do not have problems in the future.

Eric arrived on time, was friendly, open, had the written quote completeed after he examined our problem areas and quickly got to work. He explained clearly what our treatment options were and what to do in the event that this treatment did not work the first time. As of yesterday we still have at least one active mole, but I know Athena will return for free to apply another treatment if the first one does not work soon.

Project: Control or Inspect for Termites
I have found my "pest guy"! Eric came out to evaluate what I thought might be a termite problem (it was carpenter ants). He also completed some exclusion work to prevent/deal with a rodent problem Eric is knowledgeable, professional, personable and EXCELLENT at what he does. I have used other companies/individuals with not very successful results. Eric is committed to identifying, addressing and resolving the problems. He is comprehensive, thoroughand effective. These folks are GREAT.
