Pros: I called on the July 4th holiday and someone was able to come out that same day. The person was helpful, professional and performed more work than I exptected. Enjoyed the warranty option. Con: Only a slight one. I didn't realize the initial (free) inspection immediately preceeded the pay-for service. Have your checkbook handy. Overall I would use this company again even though I hope I don't have to.

I called, Marc came out ASAP, he handled my concerns, explained what he was doing and offered free follow-up. To be honest, he's very OLD SCHOOL and i LIKE THAT ALOT. He will be the ONLY person that i will hire to handle my PEST concerns. He does a GREAT job.
