Had Larrry out to inspect termites on my property. He showed up on time, was very professional and even put on gloves and covered his shoes when entering my house. That was great unexpected care I have never seen with other services. Very professional and clean. He gave me all the details about my previous services and what to expect. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone looking for termite service.

JIm presented options in a CLEAR manner. He was very price competitive (lowest) and made no atempt to push extra services just to "pad the bill". *Other companies said words to the effect that "you'll need this other service as a PREVENTATIVE"...that's like telling you to take an atibiotic you DON"T NEED at the time but get it as a PRREVENTATIVE anyway.

Astro was by far and away the best of the 3 companies I dealt with. Their report was the most detailed and was available immediately. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just matter of fact information and full explanations. Description of work to be done, materials needed, and firm costs were all in writing.

On time, did a comprehensive inspection of all the exterior. Could not give them 5 star on quality until time pass by and see the quality of the job that they did. Pricing is reasnabole for the amount of time they spent inspecting and treating but they are not cheap.
