Project: Find Moving Services - Local (Within State)
Inaccurate quote a 1 day move turned into a 2 day move. Did not get the number of men promised for the move nor the right size truck to accommodate my furniture. It was a mess $1,200 moved turned to over $2000. Poor service, lazy men, bad customer service. Beware

This job was based on a phone estimate. Amount of men and size of truck was sent based on the info supplied to us by the customer. Customer did not supply accurate information when speaking with sales rep right from the beginning. Customer had double the amount of furniture she initially stated. Customer was unhappy, Astro lowered the rate to accomodate her, still unhappy.

The guys were quite good and earned their wage. However that said they forgot to move an item....the gas grill!!! They left before I could check to see if everything was done. I'd really appreciate it if they could come back for it. Thanx

They gave us an on-site quote (others just ballparked on the phone)made some smart recommendations (e.g. 2 days with 1 truck for a local move ... something that really helped us) and even allowed us to change our moving date when our closing date was changed. Team came on time and worked HARD both days. We asked for partial packing help which was a good thing for us, though things ended up in boxes I was surprised about but not a bad tradeoff! They were courteous and helpful, and we're thankful. Would hire again!
