Community Involvement

For eight years we administered and taught a Home Improvement class through the WyandotteBbuilding Inspection Department and the Wyandotte Board of Education. Over a thousand students and volunteers reconstructed homes in Wyandotte. With pride we resconstructed St. Annes Chapel and were the project manager for the 5,600 sqare foot addition to Sacred Heart Church on Grosse Ile, MI.

This man is a true professional. He is certified and trained in many other areas of home inspection. I am so glad that I hired him. He located the possibility of asbestos in the attic insulation and recommended testing; including air quality testing. I could have spent the extra money, but , it there was asbestos in the attic insulation, then the removal or abatement would have cost thousands. I opted out of the contract. I don't want to have to worry about the possibility of asbestos, even if there was a clean-up. The home inspector had me follow him around and explained everything. A very thorough and diligent inspection.
