Kevin was great and did everthing he could to get our heet working as fast as possibly. We had to replace the heat pump and fur. He found us a o % 5 yr loan with SUB, help off set the cost. All of the people at Associated were great and great to work with. I would srtongly recommend these people to work on any job. Karl .

Would NEVEr use Assoc again. OK on installation. But way overpriced. on repair problem. Kevin overestimated the job cost to replace a noisy fan motor. Their Cust Svc mgr would not help. So I emailed the mfr. Got replacement fan motor free. Plus mfr suggested I get another company to do labor since it should take 2-3hrs not the 7+hrs quoted by Associated.
