Mr. Lueder was very professional and helpful in answering all my questions. He provided in-depth detals of the process and the related products. At this time, I have to postpone my project due to some other project taking precedence. However, when I do return to this project, I will be definitely contacting Associated Accoustices.

Marcello was a pleasure to work with. He understood my budget and presented me with various ceiling tile options. I never once felt pressured to "upgrade" to anything not within my budget. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. As for the quality of the work, I really couldn't have asked for any better, I am 100% happy with the Marcello's work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Knowledgeable. Recommended a lower priced alternative to what I originally wanted, and I was satisfied with the result. Arrived early and worked a full day through a bad illness. Recommended.
