A rattling started to occur from the vents that I have not heard before. My husband looked at the damper and it was apparently half closed or closed.

Our dryer is working much more efficiently after this service. The technician was polite and shared some suggestions for us to improve efficiency. The only complaint is that our dryer vent was punctured during the service call, which the tech repaired.

When I spoke with Mark at Aspen Air, I explained that I had a clogged dryer vent and needed it unclogged/cleaned. I ended up buying a package deal which was very well priced to also have my duct work and hot water heater serviced. The technican showed up and spent time cleaning my duct work. When time came to work on the dryer vent (my whole purpose of the service call) he only spent a few minutes and told me it was clogged and he couldn't help me. I was very disappointed especially when I was told they could help. My friend helped me get the dryer vent unclogged and it turned out to be a large bird nest.

never provided a CO2 check, had to call the company and have them send someone else out a 2d time, he was very professional, didnt think the price was camparable to the work they provided...

They talked me into additional cleaning of furnace pipes and hot water heater and hvac system. I may have been a bit taken but I argreed to this. Really ran the bill up quite high. I guess I hope it was a wise decision!!!

I think it was Aspen. You can probably look that up. The guy that came was VERY NICE and professional. I really liked him. He explained everyting thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with.
