Punctual; less than half the price of the bigger carpet cleaners. But, I got what I paid for. The stubborn spots didn't come out at all.

Prior to staring the job we informed the gentleman that we do not guarantee that those yellow spots will come out (oil based paint, rust, and bleach stains are almost impossible to remove by steam cleaning them, they need to be dyed). He said he understood and gave us permission to proceed with the job.

The carpets were still dirty and full of debris and to top it off the workers spoke to my neighbor about cleaning her carpets and they were going to charge her 45 dollars less Her house was the same size and full of furniture. I had a completely empty house to clean I would not recommend this company

I had trouble with the front office in scheduling the appointment. It seems there were several people working there that didn't coordinate the schedule. I had a 11 AM appt and they called before the appt to ask if they could change the time to several hours later in the day. I said ok but no later than 1 pm. They showed up at about 20 after 1. They didn't spend a lot of time on the job.
