My AC went out on a hot day. I called Ascendant Air Systems because I received recommendation for the business. Paul came out right away. He gave me a quote for the repair and went to work. He ran into additional problems during the repair; but insisted on staying below his original estimate. He also explained everything he was doing so I could understand the system and repair process. AC was fix fast and is running great! Thanks Paul

Paul from Ascendant Air Systems quickly & efficiently resolved the problem we were having with one of our furnaces, and he's going to tackle the next furnace problem for us next week. So far we are extremely happy with this company.

He troubleshoot the problem right away and knows what exactly to dio. What I don't like is that I was charged for the hours he went looking for parts.

Paul gets a 5 star. He cleaned up afterwards and did other things besides the repair, like replace the filter. His work is very good. This really worked.

Came on time during the heat of the day and worked until the job was done. Was a sight seeing Paul on the roof in the dark fixing the AC unit, but fix it he did. He will be my goto guy for our biannual service calls from here on out.

Paul did a great job. He answered the request promptly on a July 4th weekend. Once he arrived, he figured out the issue quickly and fixed it. In and out in less than 1.5 hour. I would highly recommend him.

Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
Paul was great at getting my old heat pump system back on line. He went the extra mile on several issues, including damage done by animals moving into the unit and clogging of the intake by errant blown in insulation. He stuck to his original estimate even though he had to expand the job to get it all going. He definitely tailored his work to my needs, which were just getting the system going (and hopefully continuing to work for a few years until I can get a new system) at the lowest possible cost.
