We hired Ascend to (i) run the wiring to and install a chandelier, (ii) install two other lighting fixtures, (iii) install a new bathroom vanity and faucet, and (iv) paint the apartment throughout. Charlie said they could handle it all in 3-4 days. The “poor” rating is due to the very poor quality of the painting, the mess left behind, and the difficulty communicating. The bottom line is they promised a professional paint job, but were not able to deliver one. The lines are squiggly and they made a huge mess. They didn't bring a single drop cloth, many of my things were ruined and I'm still cleaning up after them (the foors took weeks)

The service was handled in a professional and courteous manner. This was not a job he had previously encountered, however he summoned up past knowledge and experienced and used it to my benefit. Excellent work!
