His rates are very reasonable, he's courteous, provides great clean-up of the workspace. He is also very honest and will tell you if a full replacement isn't necessary and will offer less expensive alternatives to repair your problem, which is a plus. He just completed removal of old wainscoting wood boards with drywall and painting in our family room. We've already hired him back to work on replacing our retractable attic stairs/door, sealing holes/paint/tiling of our old utility closet, and replacing a new garbage disposal. Highly recommended.
