Everyone else wanted to "come out personally to asses the damage and give you an estimate." Probably planning to do a bit of pressure salesmanship too...not Art! He gave an estimate over the phone by asking me details about the job. He even came out the same day and did the repair! AAAAAAAND he educated us about the windows in our home. Said they were 100 yrs old + and had been hand blown and then rolled flat. Too cool. A very nice guy who obviously knows how to run a business. Thanks Art!

Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks
Came by on time. Found tracks to be defective and extremely difficult to remove. Worked many hours beyond what they had budgeted. Stayed until very late in afternoon until finished. In spite of the long process, the estimate was not changed. I highly recommend Arts Glasswlorks. Carl Schlaepfer

Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks
When they removed the door they found that the rollers needed to be replaced but they did not have new rollers to fit the door since it it so old but they contacted their boss and by the next day they they had the replacement rollers. Very friendly and knowledgable about the door. I would recommend them to anyone having problems with a patio door. Sondra Louk

Art responded immediately to my inquiry and gave me an estimate on the phone. He came the next day to measure the window and gave me the actual cost which was a little lower than the phone estimate - plus he gave me a new customer discount. The window arrived during the time frame he stated and the installers were punctual in arriving and installation took a short time. They were extremely friendly and professional. Should I ever have another window or glass project, I'll definitely call Art's Glassworks.

Courteous, professional yet laid back guys working here. Called when they would be 15 minutes later than the agreed upon time. Quick, quality work. Friendly guys. Paid quoted price, no upcharges. Any drunken fool smashes a window out in my house again, I will definitely be calling Art's Glassworks.

They gave the lowest price quote, and they had Saturday hours available. They called before they came out to the house, showed up on time, got straight to work, and they were done quickly. The job looked neat, and they even got along well with our dogs.
