So far, so good. Wil Lazo has communicated every step of the way. There is no building permit, however, so I hope no one challenges the project. Mr. Lazo has assured me everything is to code. I am extremely pleased with the look of the deck and railings.

The job consisted of a total renovation of the kitchen/dining area and two bathrooms. Will Lazo was very professional and helpful with his suggestions. Will directed us where to go for cabinet design and tile selection. We had tile floors installed in the kitchen and baths, refinished all the hardwood floors, painted the entire interior, moved a wall, replaced a standard door with a sliding door, widened several interior doors and replaced exterior doors, modified the baseboard heating, converted electric range to gas, installed all the bathromm fixtures, vanity, overhead lighting and the kitchen cabinets. I would recommend him to anyone.

built a beautiful deck. The workmanship was excellent and Will Lazo's suggestions on the materials made a big difference in the end product. Will was also able to bring in additional stone workers at the last moment so we could meet our deadline for the completion of the deck. The job was finished in the time that was promised and the result was beyond our expectations. I will call Will again to perform other construction jobs that I have.
