They did things on their time not ours. The job was finished and his workers came back in my yard without calling to I guess check on things. That was very unprofessional and I could have been in my pool at the time.

When we worked for this customer, we told them what days we’d be there and called with updates of progress and time of day we were going to be in their backyard. We told them the job would take a week and we finished it in five days. One of the days we didn’t work (Sunday). We even did extra work to fix their lighting problem at no charge. Neither homeowner notified me that the workers failed to knock on the door. Had I known, I could have addressed it with the crew and corrected the problem. We want everyone in our crew to be courteous and respectful to the homeowner. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

After going over the project they started the work the same day. Came back the next day, Saturday, and finished fixing the leak and filled in the hole and re-poured the deck as close as was possible. We discussed some other work I want done but after it gets warmer. The company that redid the pool originally never called me back and after I got in touch with the owner the company they used to do pool repairs took two days to call back by which time I had hired Artistry Pools. Great guys to work with.
