Al is knowledgable and friendly. He answered all my questions in detail during my research phase. Service occured on scheduled date with phone call updates on arrival time. My 20 yr old bathtub looks new. So much faster than remodeling. Only con is that the bathroom reeked during the process and for 24 hours. I recommend refinishing your tub and I highly recommend Artistic Refinishing.

I was very impressed with the work and professionalism of Artistic Refinishing. They were not the cheapest quote I got, but I was more than pleased with their work. They arrived when they said and finished when they said. I would recommend Artistic Refinishing to anyone who needs a tub resurfaced.

Job well done but product used is disapointing because the tub is not as shiny as expected. I've been waxing it with car wax as recommended on the Internet but to no avail. The finish is still dull looking.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. After numerous visits to correct imperfections, my bathtub began chipping just two weeks later. I then spent 4 weeks calling the office to get a manager out to look at the tub (upon their suggestion). Once an appt was scheduled, they decide to send a technician out AGAIN to touch-up the problem. The warranty offered is pointless because artistic makes little to no effort to honor it.

I called them with a strict budget and a tight timeframe and they worked with both! They not only started the same day that I called them but someone was at my house within 2 hours to get started in order to meet my time frame needs. The individual that did the work was professional, respectful, unintrusive and clean. I'm very happy with the outcome.
