Project: Hire a Handyman
We needed window air-conditioners installed in upstairs apartment windows. He came the same day we called him, installed them both in less than an hour - even though he had to construct shelves for them and place them on the outside. He charged appropriately for this small job and was very accommodating for a job that others we called didn't consider to be worth their while.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
Daniel of Artistic D-Zine Construction did the work himself-replaced 130 ft of fencing with an arbor with it-he worked very hard-did all in one week and the arbor was just beautiful and the gate was done very artistically as well. He did not damage one plant that was along the original fence and cleaned up beautifully. We are so pleased with his work. He is just awesome.

Extraordinary service, I was kept will informed of the work in progress. D seems to be able to fix anything, so would be a valuable contact for anyone with a variety of projects. Extremely personable and professional. Good attention to detail and flawless clean-up.

Wow, is all I can say. D is the first honest contractor I have come across since hiring people to do work on our house. He completed the project in a timely manner, was the best value for the money, and the end product was gorgeous. I definitely am going to call him again for future projects.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
I needed a Deck Repair to make a better space for the tree that is growing through the Deck. (Deck was originally built around the tree.) I was provided a timely estimate and alternatives for fixing my situation were discussed. The job was completed timely and efficiently. I am very happy with the fix.

I was lery at first, but that was a thing of the past, immediately, upon seeing the finished project! It was a wonderful, comforting and reasurring feeling to know that I had made the right decision by hiring D-Zine Construction, LLC. He came across as a very compassionate, understanding person; one who empathises with others. You can tell by the great quality of his work, which easily cost more than what he charged me. I highly recommend D- Zine, his work is top notch and high quality; you certainly won't regret putting him to work!
