Long was wonderful to work with: kind, polite, efficient and professional. His standard work is excellent with no cutting of corners - he does three coats as a matter of course and he did a beautiful job with the prep. work. The finished product is impeccable. I would hire him again! He is really, really great!

They completed the job as agreed to. They were professional, prompt, and cleaned up after every visit. My only criticism is that Long didn't show up at our house on the last day of the job to inspect the work done.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. We had our second floor refinished and they took great care to minimize the dust in the rest of the house. They came on time every time and left the house in amazingly clean condition. Overall, I was very impressed.
