I chose to work in this industry because Started out in Architecture but was more into handss on work . So the drafting pen grew into a paint brush..I love working in 5 cities area but any where in the central coast because Love the attitude of the people here whern they like work done th right way..We started in this industry in I began working in painting back in Philadelphia, Pa. On historical and old world detailed homes in 1980..We describe our business as Rooted in the community

Project: Apply or Remove a Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture
Did a great job. Removed the popcorn then put up a beautiful smooth ceiling, plus painted the room, changed baseboards and trim, and all new doors. LOOKS GREAT!

The Artisan crew removed "popcorn" texture on ceilings, patched, textured and painted the ceilings throughout the house. They painted all walls, doors, woodwork and cabinets and installed some missing baseboard and a missing window sill. They did an excellent job of covering/protecting furniture and floors and did a thorough clean-up when they finished. A couple of minor issues requiring follow-up were remedied immediately after one phone call. All in all the service was rendered professionally, promptly and with a "can do" attitude. Kudos to Doug, Kurt, Joe and Zack. I would use Artisan on another project without hesitation.

Did an excellent job. Kept me informed of progress. Job completed in time frame agreed upon and within estimate. Very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend Artisan Painting and Wallpapering to anyone considering painting or pop corn ceiling removal. In fact I already have!!!

Doug was nice, but the employee sent to do the work was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Very sloppy worker...they had to come back and pressure wash the paint of my new concrete. I had additional framing (4-8x4/1-6x4 and 20-2x2 boards) that they charged WAY too much to paint. When I asked about the charge of these being the same as the 32 foot patio, I was told that it was the extra paint and labor. I was also told that the painter removed the paint that had been already done on the patio structure, but that was a COMPLETE AND UTTER LIE!!! No paint was removed. This owner needs to really look into the integrity of his employee.

The builder of the patio cover had gotten primer all over the concrete which we removed out of courtesy but we got blamed for it. She added double the work and adjusted the price accordingly.

Very good work. After the job was completed and I had already paid them, they came back right away when I found a couple of areas that needed touching up. Finished the job within the timeline expected.

They were great! They moved all my funiture and after painting they put everything back. They were both very professional . I highly recomend them
