Project: Remodel a Basement
Overall the job was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. There were a few unexpected issues but the lead worker on the project spent time with me to explain the situation at length. That was greatly appreciated since it involved electrical work that I didn't understand. Larry was great in keeping me informed during every stage.

I give Artisan a five star rating!! They are a team of highly skilled, courteous and professional craftsman. We recently used Artisan to extend and remodel our deck. Their price was fair and competitive, and the quality of their work was outstanding and more than exceeded all of our expectations. We plan another project for 2012 and we would not consider using anyone else other than Artisan.

Larry and Kai were both very good to work with. Kai did an excellent job with our complete kitchen renovation. I heard many horror stories about contractors and was nervous with such a big job ahead of us. Everything went smoothly and we love our new kitchen. When we had questions Kai and Larry were very helpful and responsive, and they also helped us save money on appliances, tile, etc. I would highly recommend this contractor to friends, family and others.

Larry and his crew were great! They were professional, hard worker, and very friendly. Our 18 month old daughter enjoyed watching them work. My family, friends, and neighbors were really impressed on how beautiful it looked and the detailed work that they did. I would definetely recommend them. My family and I are looking forward this summer enjoying our beautiful deck and pergola and for years to come.

The Artisan team was very professional and enjoyable to work with. Their craftsmanship was excellent and their design ideas helped create the perfect kitchen for us. We highly recommend their team. We will use Artisan again on our next home improvement project.
