I was contacted by e-mail and phone right away. Arthur set up an appointment time and brought a sample of the bamboo product he is going to use. He listen to what I wanted and help with suggestions. He's bid came in at the middle range of the other bids I had received. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product and so far I am please with the service.

VERY PERSONABLE WORKED WITH US ON TIME TO DO IT WAS CLEAN CLEANED UP WELL AFTERWARD DID WHAT WE WANTED HIM TO DO WE ARE VERY PLEASED HE DID A GREAT JOB!
