The service tech came the same day I called. Gave me a very reasonable per hour quote. Did the job right there and then. Even gave me tips to fix the slow drain myself before actually asking them to do it, as well as asking the manufacture of my draining faucets first since they might have lifetime warranty, to save me $100 or more on parts. Just overall very knowledgeable, courteous, and responsible. Very rare will you find a service guy who actually tries to help you solve your problem and not just try to get the most money they possibly can from you.
