They came out when they said they would, fair estimate, completed work when scheduled. Took before and after photos to show completed work - it was a roof and hard for me to inspect.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
The service rep showed up when he promised and evaluated my roof. He took phone photos and used these to explain his recommended repairs to me. My roof did not require replacement and could be repaired. I was given a detailed written estimate. The repair crew came out a week later and finished the job as proposed.
