Arrow Masonry was fantastic to work with. We had an old brick patio that was uneven, with chipmunk holes and sunken spots, as well as an old drain pipe that ran under the porch and no longer worked. Aries and his crew fixed the drain (which was an unexpected addition to the job), and rebuilt the patio. Despite the blazing heat wave they worked diligently and finished the job quickly. We are so happy with the quality of work, and the service that he and his crew provided. Would recommend to anyone!

Aries and his two helpers worked tirelessly in the heat and were neat, thorough, methodical and professional. The process and all procedures were explained in detail. This was the lowest bid I received, the most economical, and aesthically the best choice I could have possibly made. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Arrow Masonry. I only hope I can feel this satisfied after several years of weather and wear. The brick/stone sidewalk and steps are guaranteed for 5 years.

Aires is very professional, reliable, and friendly. His enthusiasm & "can do" attitude is refreshing. It's clear he knows his skill through yrs. of experience. He gets right to it, involving the homeowner only when necessary. His team works quickly and efficiently, & his price is reasonable. They make as little mess as necessary too, which I particularly appreciated. We would definitely call Aries again!

Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs

he was here in the morning as promised, but he didn't remove all the snow. He left snow in front of my work van parked about 6 feet from the garage door and did not remove all the snow from behind my van all the way to the street. he ran into my yardlight and pushed it back about 6-8 inches.

Aries Harrison is a nice fellow, and made a good effort to show up for the job, even though he had some equipment trouble. However, I think he could have been more thorough in removing snow, especially from the front porch. The driveway had some ice on it, but I think there was still about an inch of snow left after he was done. I will see how he does on the next snowfall before I decide whether to keep him coming back.

We needed some snow removal during the snow storm of Jan 11, 2011...he was courteous when I called him and prompt and efficient. Very nice man....he even went the extra mile and put down rocksalt to help us maneuver even better in our parking lot and our front and back entrance. I would definetly refer him to anyone else who needed some snow removal done....thanks for the referral Service Magic!!!!!
