Jeff and his crew were very efficient, quick and approachable. I appreciate when I hire a company and they exceed my expectations. They worked hard and non-stop. I look forward to rehiring them when I move my things out of storage and into my new home.

Overall they did a very good job. They stayed busy and took care of a few extra tasks when requested. No damage to any furniture noted.

The moving team did an excellent job and provided outstanding customer service. They handled our furniture with care and addressed any concerns that we brought to their attention.We highly recommend Around Town Movers to those who are planning to move.The office staff also were very professional and displayed excellent customer service.

good people, were pretty quick and pretty much nailed the flat rate. Nothing broke and i had some pretty fragile furniture. i would highly recommend them.

The movers arrived 30 minutes late, reluctantly load my boxes that I packed so I left several boxes because he objected to taking them. Load my home in less than 2 hours which included taking down 6 beds, took 50 min to drive to my home that is 30 min away because they wanted to stop for food, then took 4.5 hours to unload the truck and only put 2 beds back together although I told them not to put together only one bed. Spent more time standing at the truck and trying to see my dog. I was asked how much time was quoted I told the lead 4.5 hrs, he showed me his work order for 6.5 and he made sure to he did 6.5 hours, will not recommend or use.

Timothy visited on 11/30/11 and completed an On-Site Estimate of 6.5 hrs with Not To Exceed 8.0 hrs.No where did it state 4.5hrs.It wes then formally emailed for your own records.You then replied to the email and requested an appointment.The movers were able to complete the move in 6.0.They also deducted 30 mins acknowledging they stopped for food.Although your dog was contained,due to the size, breed,constant barking&visible agitation-the movers did moniter the dog for their own safety.I apologize if you were not satisfied with our service but you never contacted our office with any issue.
