My husband and I bought a house that needed repairs due to water damage (dry-walls, roof, wood floors, ceilings) Our lender approved us for a renovation loan that required lots of information and paperwork from our home contractor, Arocon provided everything the lender needed before and after the project was completed. Matt Kelly and the owner, David, provided an EXCELLENT customer service and their crew did an excellent job in our house. I definitely recommend Arocon and we would contact them in the future. Congrats Arocon and thank you.

Arocon was great to work with, from the initial estimate through the installation/replacement of our porch I had no problems, the employees were extremely polite and efficient. I will look to them first in the future when I have other projects.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
I had Eric come out to check possible leakage in my kitchen and bathroom skylights. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He was able to educate me about my options and plans for my home. I would definitely hire Arocon for future projects!

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Arocon gave me the lowest bid for the repairs to my leaking roof. They completed the work as agreed on time. (We have yet to have a good rain storm since the repairs, so I cannot say at this point that the repairs were effective, but have no reason to think they were not.) Arocon also agreed that any time within the next twelve months, if I decide to have the entire roof replaced by them (such as if it continues to leak even after the repairs) they will deduct the money I paid for the repairs from the cost of replacing the roof. Nice that it takes the guess work out of trying to decide to go with just the repairs or replace the whole roof.
