Sales man was very professional and thorough in his presentation and answered all our questions. He was knowledgeable and thorough. The foreman on the job also did a good job and saw to it that things were done well.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The two roofers worked until after dark to complete the job. Missed caulking nail holes around a vent. Came back on Sunday during a rainstorm to complete the job. Leak fixed. Roof looks great and done at a much better price then the more well known companies.

Real pro's, spotted problems I did not know I had rather than just "throw down shingles", gave me options on how to fix. I feel good about the work. Took 3 days (a sign of quality) as opposed to the 1 day quoted by others.

These guys were consummate professionals - period. These guys really did a 1st rate job. It has been about 3 months, and we have been through some weird whether (which is what I wanted), so I can testify that the job was done correctly. I say this because I got up into the attic on days that it rained and inspect (just to make sure). I do not have to anymore - the job was 100% right!! Bottom line: hire these guys - they do a great job at a fair price. No one else came close (with a legal work crew).

Arnold's did a very nice job on the roof with very reasonable pricing. My only complaints were that a quote to be done in 3 days took almost a month. During my job their truck broke down, the generator went out & they had dumping isses ? I really wouldn't have minded if they would have been up front about the length of time, instead I got a lot of excuses. Also they have taken my tarps & have not returned them. Nice tarps are not cheap. They put on a excellent roof but the customer service not so much.

Was very impressed with the insoector that came out to inspect my home, when the crew first showed up to repair the roof was also impressed. I thought to myself this is going to be so easy I am not going to hve to worry about anything. The roof was repaired in less then a day the following day the floor and dry wall would be taken care of, from there it went down hill fast. The crew working on removing my hardwood flooring to replace the small section of rotting subfloor did not have all the tools needed to do the job so they borrowed mine. Half way into the job I find out that they don't do interior they do exterior like windows and sidi

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Roof looks good. Had a leak around chimney after installation that was resolved the next morning. Waiting on the rain to make sure it is 100% fixed. We believe it was resolved. Took longer to finish from start than we were expecting. Appreciate having security of new roof. Pete (mason location)always available to us when we called and responded to all concerns in timely manner. Good job with clean up after job.
