Satisfied with Armstrong from very first contact. All contacts were very courteous, professional & attentive to my project. Work was clean & completed in a timely fashion. I will certainly use Armstrong again for future task.

Unfortunately the repair only lasted 2 days. I think that the plumber should have recommended replacing the interior mechanism to the toilet. The chain was fixed but it does not flush properly and the water keeps running. I hate it when a repair person does not assess the real source of the problem, in this case an old toilet, that needs more than a simple repair. I had asked the repair person if I was likely to have more problems with the toilet and he said - no. If he'd told me what I suspected and has turned out to be true - I'd have had a functioning toilet for more than two days

We hired Jacob for a kitchen and bath remodel.He was on time, pleasant and diligent and cleaned up after himself.He replaced angle stops, supply lines and drain lines. He installed the new dishwasher and disposal. Everything was clean and in good working order when he was done. We recommend Armstrong plumbing and would use them again.

After receiving their company name, I picked up the phone to call them and as I was talking to one of the employees I was receiving a call on my cell number from someone else. They were contacting me within two minutes of inputting my request. We scheduled the appointment for the next day between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. The service rep showed up at 9:05 a.m. and was finished by 9:30 a.m. The work was done professionally and the leak we had has been stopped. Very positive experience.
