THey were great. The value for the money is great. Plus they stay in touch with you throughthe whole process. We were so impressed with them, we had them do two other jobs we had been procrastinating on. I also recommended them to a neighbor who also used them for their kitchen

This turned out not to be a good experience except for Davis who actually worked with me to see the project through. I was treated as if I was expecting something unreasonable when I wanted things to be redone because they weren't done properly - move the light over the sink since it wasn't centered, replace a peice of floor as it did not match the existing floor, touch up the paint job as it was messy.

Armour stands behind all of our work and always works with our Customers in an appropriate fashion. We never mistreated this Customer - comments are false. We properly remodeled her Bathroom, but Customer changed her mind after she had selected her flooring and demanded that it be redone because she didnt like it. We did this at no additonal charge to her because we want our Customers to be happy.

Rob and his team were professional, responsible, and knowledgeable, and willing to make adjiustments as needed. I'll call them again for other projects

my home was left neat and clean every day, I was not at home several days and there were no thefts. They went above and beyond what was requestd.

A pleasure to work with Armour! Rob went out of his way to provide us with sound design advice. We were remodel rookies - Rob walked us through every step of the process towards a beautiful new bathroom. The crew was friendly, courteous, and clean. It was always easy to reach someone and our questions were timely and thoroughly answered. No hidden fees or charges. They started the project when they said they would, and they finished on schedule. Overall, a great experience to work with Armour.

Rob Stouffer, of Armour Home Improvement, did a fine job initially with his very comprehensive estimate. His work crews were excellent, arriving on-time and working long hours. when required. Overall, their work was first rate and I would - and have - heartily recommended Armour Home Improvement to anyone needing remodeling work.

Great Customers to work for. They had some design changes in the middle of installation due to cabinet/vanity height from their cabinet measurer, but we all worked together to make it work and it's beautiful. They were so happy and it was our pleasure to continue working for them as they added additional Bathroom work during renovations and some Bedroom remodeling. Very accommondating and pleasant Customers to work with. Would love to work with them again!

Rob has been great to work with. He is responds quickly to any questions adn works with your budget. He's offered a few great suggestions/recommendations which we've incorporated in our project.

DO NOT USE!!! Poor workmanship on my bath remodels, very slow, total lack of supervision. Rob Stouffer was not only rude, he refused to talk to me AT ALL, six weeks into what was supposed to be a four week project (took eight weeks). Heated floor under marble never worked because installer did not read directions. Bottom line: their insurance finally settled for nearly $10,000. I had to get another company to tear out marble and redo. An extra two weeks of inconvenience. These people should be removed from Servicemagic.

This Customer was never happy with her own choice of tile selection after it was installed and had electrical issues such as changing her mind about locations after work was performed, etc. I was present numerous times trying to resolve changes and was never rude to Mrs. B nor was my workers. She called many times saying there was a problem when there wasn't. The heated floor issue - it turned out to be a defected electric part that caused the floor to turn on, but not heat to correct temperature.The manufacture would only replace the defective part and would NOT redo the tile floor so we had to at great cost. She is NOT easy to deal with
