Jim's Team is awesome, combination of a mason and an artist. great communication and decision process with them. my back yard looks absolutely AWESOME.

After the first contact I did not hear from them again for a few weeks. When Jim phoned the 2nd time we set up an appointment for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and he gave me 2 references on similar projects they had completed this year. I phoned both and they had been very pleased with the work. I e-mailed Jim that I was ready to proceed and he set up an appointment. Bryn phoned me to postpone the work until after the weekend. He & his friend Charlie arrived late morning on Tuesday and worked the rest of that day and parts of the next two days. I was pleased with the finished project. patio spacer removal & replace w/cement.
