Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
Told me that he would not charge me for weeks weeks that he did not mow. When I received his contract it stated it was $13 for each week and only 4 passes per season allowed. I had to request the bill after two months. Never received a receipt. I ended my business relationship. Nice guy starting a new business.

I strongly disagree with Kate, but I don't think me voicing my side is appropriate. I will say I only tried at every opportunity to satisfy everyone of Kate's requests. I'm sorry I wasn't able to keep Kate happy but of all my customers this year she has been the only one who has found fault with me.
