Arizona Roof Rescue, LLC

After having several estimates, Arizona Roof Rescue was the company I chose to repair my roof and replace my original tiles. Their rates were very competitive and the person who gave me my estimate, Allen, was the only person who was on time, out of all the companies, to give me my original estimate. In addition, he was at the job every day with the crew. When they were finished, my yard was as clean as when they arrived. They also made me aware of some problems with my air conditioning duct work that needed to be replaced as well, and worked around the installation of some new duct work. I have recommended them to a few friends already.

They only take cash/check. Didn't provide a receipt when cash was paid.(One was requested) Originally stated there were 5 broken tiles and when the job was complete there were 8. They quoted on Thursday and did the work on Friday and 3 new tiles? The price did not change for the additional tiles. I was not shown the broken tiles when requested.

We did additional work on tile repair, 3 additional broken tiles where found at time of repair.And we did ask customer if they would like to see the damaged tiles, customer said it was OK. Also did additional extra work on tile roof flashings that was not in original written contract at no additional cost to customer.Company policy on any small repair the written estimate is proof of receipt.

AZ Roof Rescue gave me a quote and finished the job the very next day. I believe they were honest and fair with their pricing. We had minor repairs that we knew about and we were told everything else on our roof looked fine. We will use AZ Roof Rescue again.

Arizona Roof Rescue performed a roof inspection, provided a quote and tentative repair date. When given go-ahead they located matching tile and scheduled the repair date within three business days.
