Project: Clean & Seal Grout or Tile
Although Arizona Restoration was friendly and trying hard, at the end of the project they were in over their head and did a sloppy job. It was clear they didn't have the experience required to clean our floor (flagstone requiring stripping) and made promises they couldn't keep. We had to argue numerous time and agreed to a cost increase to "finish" the job (even then - it was never really finished). Dissapoointing as they are good people.

Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold
We started out on a good foot. He was really communicative. Things went down after that, the quality of the work when he was done was ok, but the cleanliness was not. I was disappointed when his subcontractors who handled the removal of our heater and our water heater had miscommunication. The job took almost 3 times longer than it was supposed to. I was very, very disappointed in his painting contractor.

Quick response to my inquiry; had a representative on-site within 24 hours to evaluate problem. Not only corrected exterior mold issues but also made suggestions and implemented structural improvements (rain gutters) to prevent further occurrences. Very courteous and attentive workers who checked each stage of the project with me before proceeding to the next.

paul was very nice and reasonable on doing the job. however, i was not very happy with the outcome of the grout, which is the whole reason i wanted the work done. the rugs came out fine. my husband will now have to do the grout by hand, which we tried to avoid.

Excellent! The attention to detail, the craftsmanship in taking the time and effort to do the job correctly was a pleasant surprise. Paul discussed details of the project and went over complications and solutions. I felt that I was treated with respect and made an active part of the project. I am very pleased with the outcome, and Paul helped me with planning the care and maintenance of the my floor. I highly recommend Arizona Restoration. The Arizona Restoration Crew was extremely professional and considerate of my time and project creep. Not only did I have them restore the satillo in my house, I had them restore the cement, saltillo and flagstone outside and epoxy-permacoat my garage.
