We had a full shower replacement. All new hardware and cultured marble was installed. It was done in a very professional and timely manner. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I would rate Arizona Residential contracting 10 start. Lance Ford was on time or called to let me know what was happening if something didnt go according to plan. He worked until the job was done to my satisfaction, not just to his own, but his standards are very high, showing a respect for quality control lacking in so many people today. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone possible.

They were very nice, professional people. They moved and replaced all the furniture as well. No mess, cleaned up and di a great job. I have worked with many painters in my business and I must say, I have not had such peace of mind knowing that all will get done and done right. Lance, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with everything before he leaves the job, plus, he finished the job less than expected. Great guy, great emplyees and trust worthy company.

Lance was able to come out immediately and do the job the same day so I went with him. He did a great job replacing alll my door hinges with brass ones and raised the threshold of a door that wasn't opening and shutting properly since I had new carpet put in. He was very polite and completed the job in a timely manner.
